She run's all the time

My dog's a weirdo

She take's stuff that is mine

She always make's me laugh

Now she's hurt her paw

She can hardly walk to the door

But when she recovers

I'll get to see more

Story Writing

In the white land forest on a cold winters night, the animals were tucked in bed all snug an tight. Ready for hibernation the animals were ,they were so warm it made them purr. Mr Croak the frog under a rock his door shut and locked tight,Mrs Hare and her children little Mandy ,Spike and Rocky to asleep in there burrow the size was just right, Polly the possum with no time to spare jumped in to bed and felt she could sleep for a year. Gary the goose in his bushy house sleeping happily as quiet as a mouse,Nutty the squirrel eating a nut early time for bed her fur in a ruck, Mr and Mrs porky the porcupine's in bed they fell asleep as soon as the pi-lo touched there head. So the animals in bed not a sound except for the wind blowing raffishly around.

2 weeks later

‘Wake up’ said rocky to his mum ‘what’s wrong’ she said ‘it’s what’s outside it’s white and thick I’m scared.’ ‘ Don’t worry rocky it’s probably just hail’ ‘No it’s thicker than that it’s thicker and whiter and it’s coming down more slow.’ ‘Don't worry your head I’ll go check it ok?’ and rocky smiled back. So she walked to the window and screamed snow the legends coming true so she ran to the children and hugged them tight waiting for the worst. Mr croak called everybody to the bunker so they rushed to the bunker and closed the door and waited two months.

2 months later

They opened the door to the bright sun they had survived and they lived happily ever after.

WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR

WALT: Describe how advancements in technology occur to meet a need or to solve a problem

What problems does the use of the electric car solve?
The electric car solves the problem of Global Warming by stopping the gases being let out in to the air.

What will benefit from the electric car be?
We can stop the rise in petrol costs by using electricity and soon we will run out of Petrol / Oil
and we will only have electricity.

What problems the electric car cause?
The car could run out of electricity at a bad time and also if there was a crash there could be
a giant flash of electricity causing a electric fire.

The Electric car was invented in 1996 and by 2000 it was wanted by thousands and was
very popular but G.M refused to sell them. G.M said there were not enough buyers and
said no but they were proven wrong when the makes of the EV1 did a tally that showed
over a thousand people wanted one. There were a few problems though like they couldn't
go very far without needing more energy. But it also was a great way to save the enviroment
by not putting the bad fumes and gasses in the air like a petrol car would and it also would
be better for a new driver to learn to drive in cause it wouldn't have so much force while
driving. This car can go just as fast as a hummer but yet still be just as safe. The disappearing
of this car is a tragedy and will effect this planet in the long run.

Awesome Camp of 2010

On Monday 3rd of may it was the day of camp I was so exicted I couldn't sleep the night before but soon I fell asleep. It was so exiciting we were driving to the wharf I was so exicted that I nearly jumped out of the car and ran to the wharf with all of the adreniline running through my vains but I calmed myself down. I soon got to the wharf I was secound there and it felt like years waiting for everyone to arive first it was one by one then ten by ten then twenty by twenty it was realy weird. Awesome Mitch is here oh time to get on the ferry we sat in the cabin and watched the island get bigger and bigger. Oh no time for the walk not the best bit but I didn't complain.

Finally here lunch time then first activity oreintering we were all over the place looking for the squres we finished in sixteen minutes we rocked.Next was sailing it was great me and mitch nose dived the whole time it was so funny. Dinner was nacho's then night activitys was hall games it was long story but our team won. Supper yum then bed night. Morning everyone our first activity raft building it was so fun we won with a strong raft to hold us all then it was rock climbing i did everyone and made it to the top every time. Lunch was hot dogs oh did I say we started murder first a ladie got hit by a car then a guy got stabed.

Next was the gun walk it was cool seeing all of the historical buildings and were the guns were and all of the barbed wire it was so great.
Then we did kyaking we had to stay at the beach for the first half but we saw some crabs and when we did get out we played kyak soccer it was so cool.Dinner then night games it was spotlight we rocked and won all of them bed again night. Morning everyone fist activity was high ropes it wasn't scary at all. Next was confodence course boring but it was actullay really cool. Now time for survivor we won hard core and we also got muddy doing it. Last was achery my favourite it was awesome we also played this other game duno what it was called but it was really fun. Dinner mac'n'cheese yum then Burma Trail everyone was scared but me I went in the front because no one else would it wasn't even scary. bed night again.

Morning everone yay electives first we did frisbe golf it was realy fun then it was movie (Alvin and the Chipmunks) then we did achery my favourite. Dinner again it was roast then was the camp concert it rocked we stood up and started a wave but failed and Kyle and Matt's dads were funnny they did a funny act also the "I have no spoon" act was funny to. Time for bed night.

Last day sad we did a clean up then we started the walk it went faster this time we were nearly asleep on the ferry and then home. That was the most awesome camp ever!!!
